I have been around new home construction for most of my life, and have also worked for several of the largest and most successful builders in the country. My job was to provide the company with quality control and to perform final walk-thru's for homeowners. During this time I came to realize that most homeowners were not represented during the entire home buying process and seemed overwhelmed and confused by the whole process. That's when I decided to pursue a Real Estate license so I could represent new homebuyers through every step of the home buying process. We work with our clients from the beginning of the home search process through the final walk thru and beyond. We take great pride in educating our clients in detail, in reference to every aspect of a new home. Some examples would be proper lot selection, necessary upgrades (what they are, how they work, and if it is beneficial for you to spend the money on them now or do them yourself later). We are available to you throughout the entire home buying process.
